Nick’s Playing Career
Nick started his career in WHA along with NEW in the 1974 and 1975 seasons. After 2 years, he signed a contract with his hometown team name as New York Rangers for the NHL. He was the 1st New York Rangers player to won golden-gloves boxes for his fighting style of playing hockey in the field. Nick was a very aggressive player on the field. He was also played by his team in Madison Square Garden. Nick played for his team until 1979.

He made his new contract with Hartford Whalers after picking him in the draft of NHL Expansion in 1979.
Nick moved back to the Ranger just after the 2nd tour with Whalers during the center of the NHL season in 1979. In 1986, he was moved to Calgary Flames and helped his team to play the final of the Stanley Cup. He also played for the Philadelphia and Edmonton Oilers before he retired from the game as a professional player.
